Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XenoHost platform ("Service"), operated by XenoHost ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

XenoHost provides an AI-powered multilingual chat concierge ("Athena") that hotels embed on their websites. The Service replies to guest questions, captures leads, and provides transcript insights to hotel staff.

2. Account & eligibility

The Service is offered only to businesses (hotels, B&Bs, hospitality operators). You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.

3. Plans, fees & billing

  • Starter — €69 / month; 14-day free trial; billing starts after the trial unless you cancel.
  • Pro — €149 / month; billed from the day of purchase.
  • Hotel Group — €699 / month; billed from the day of purchase.

Fees are exclusive of VAT. Greek customers are charged 24% ΦΠΑ; EU businesses outside Greece with a valid VAT ID are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism. All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

4. Trial, cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) use the Service to send spam or to process sensitive special-category personal data; (d) share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of hotel information, FAQs, and guest conversations you provide or that are collected through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to operate, maintain and improve the Service. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.

7. AI output

Athena is powered by large language models. Replies are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output, for configuring FAQs and hotel information correctly, and for any decisions made by guests on the basis of replies. The Service is not a substitute for human judgement in complaints, bookings, medical, legal or emergency matters.

8. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause downtime.

9. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with written notice. On termination, we will delete Customer Data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify customers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
