When a guest submits a request via the widget (restaurant booking, late checkout, transfer, room service, contact), you receive:
1. Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5). 2. Verify the embed code is before </body>. 3. Check browser console (F12) for errors. 4. Confirm your hotel ID is correct.
The widget uses absolute URLs — should always work. If broken, contact support.
1. Check spam folder. 2. Verify your hotel email in Hotel Settings. 3. Test with the contact form on the widget.
Make sure your Stripe price IDs are configured. Contact support if checkout fails.
